I would like to take a moment and say that Amazon.com Has the best prices on the Internet. second I would like to say they have a great customer service. I am writing this review, because On my order I had a problem. My GCI Outdoor PICO Arm Chair, Sage never made it into my hands, the day it was delivered I was throwing a GCI Outdoor PICO Arm Chair, Sage for my sister and I had around 40 people at my house. Some of whom I have never met, and most from out of town. FedEx said GCI Outdoor PICO Arm Chair, Sage was delivered but I am assuming they handed it to the wrong person,or left it on the wrong door step. FedEx never had anyone singe for it? After waiting, and trying to track down people from GCI Outdoor PICO Arm Chair, Sage I ended up empty handed. I contacted Amazon.com and spoke with a customer Representative, they directed me to the investigation department. They has done an excellent job of doing the investigation and fallowing up with me on the progress and out come of the situation. They definitely knows what costumer service is,which is rare to find these days.
