Unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, it was the wrong product for my application. I looked at the web site and easily found how to return it, talked to their people and had the return process quickly in place. I sent it back and promptly received my credit in full (no tricks, penalties, fees etc.)Their people were professional, to the point and accurate. GREAT JOB. I will refer them and return to shop there (on-line) the next time I have the need for anything they sell.
