After posting the below comment I received a call from customer service for Amazon.com. He was able to address my concerns and informed me that my CSB HC1221W - (Replaces HC1217W) 12 Volt/5.1 Amp Hour (21 Watts) Sealed Lead Acid Battery with Recessed Polarized Terminals was received today and will be processed for shipping today or tomorrow and that I should receive the unit some time next week. I was unaware that the unit was not in stock when I ordered it but I was made aware that it is clearly stated on their web-site that additional processing time is needed. I made my payment through Amazon payments and it was explained that that was why my credit card was charged so soon, without the unit being shipped yet. Overall I would say that I am satisfied with the response of the customer service at Amazon.com and that my initial displeasure has been abated. I ordered a CSB HC1221W - (Replaces HC1217W) 12 Volt/5.1 Amp Hour (21 Watts) Sealed Lead Acid Battery with Recessed Polarized Terminals and I still have not received a tracking number on the order, because it has not shipped yet. They charged my credit card rather quickly though. They had the lowest price I could find, but their processing is very slow and I'm not sure the slightly lower price on CSB HC1221W - (Replaces HC1217W) 12 Volt/5.1 Amp Hour (21 Watts) Sealed Lead Acid Battery with Recessed Polarized Terminals was worth the extra long wait. At this point I have no idea when to expect my order but I'm starting to wish that I went with Amazon or Newegg and paid a little bit more for their much better processing times.
