OMG!!! WOW!!! what can I say, This was the first time I used Amazon & I was absolutely IMPRESSED!!! First, their pricing was the best. Second, the Sales Dept asked us to confirm that we indeed wanted Gates 38030 New Idler Pulley. This I feel was very observant and Service oriented to ensure we didn’t make an error and order too many which was not the case but was well appreciated anyway. Thirdly, they called to verify the Shipping address for Gates 38030 New Idler Pulley since it was different than the Billing address. Again, very much appreciated, especially understanding that one it could have been an error or someone could have been trying to be dishonest; neither of course were the case but appreciated all the same. Finally, the expected shipping time was indicated as 6-9 business days but were 2 business days which included the back & forth verifications & then receive the next morning. Now, we haven’t yet used the ear pieces since I am writing this prior to actually getting home but, nevertheless, just from their outstanding service so far, I’m sure, if anything were to be wrong which I am not anticipating, their service to resolve any issue will be again of high standards. I will not only definitively use Amazon again but highly recommend them to anyone.
