I recently purchased a Rugged Ridge 11235.11 30,000 lbs. Snatch Block Pulley form Amazon.com and have been thoroughly impressed from purchase through receipt. The purchase price, with visa gift card, was better than any other retailer I could find. Within two hours of my purchase I received a call from Amazon customer service confirming my order, billing and shipping information - I've never received a call from BestBuy, etc... All of the products were received within two days and shipping was free. I then received an email 4 days after my order indicating that Amazon was going to credit my credit card 0, equal to the visa gift card I was to receive 6-8 weeks after the order, so I didn't have to wait. Amazing! Amazon would be never do that, never. I highly recommend Amazon and already have to a few friends in the market for new products.
