I would like to take a moment and say that Amazon.com Has the best prices on the Internet. second I would like to say they have a great customer service. I am writing this review, because On my order I had a problem. My Neiko 51004A Heavy-Duty 20-Feet Tow - Cargo Strap with 20,000-Pound Capacity never made it into my hands, the day it was delivered I was throwing a Neiko 51004A Heavy-Duty 20-Feet Tow - Cargo Strap with 20,000-Pound Capacity for my sister and I had around 40 people at my house. Some of whom I have never met, and most from out of town. FedEx said Neiko 51004A Heavy-Duty 20-Feet Tow - Cargo Strap with 20,000-Pound Capacity was delivered but I am assuming they handed it to the wrong person,or left it on the wrong door step. I contacted Amazon.com and spoke with a customer Representative, they directed me to the investigation department.
